CASE STUDY · NORTH PROPERTY CARE · DUBAI

From a business idea to a connected growth operation.

An entrepreneur approached QashLabs with an idea for a Dubai home-services business. Before deciding what to build, we researched the opportunity: which service needs people search for, how those needs are described, and where a new operator could realistically compete. That research shaped the website, the acquisition structure, the measurement layer and the way enquiries are handled.

01

Starting point

A service concept with no infrastructure behind it.

There was no website, no acquisition system, no measurement and no way to capture or follow up an enquiry. Every part of the commercial operation had to be defined, built and connected from scratch.

02

Research and strategy

We studied demand before deciding what to build.

Google Search, Google Trends and Google Keyword Planner were used to understand how people in the UAE describe home-services needs and which themes recur. The findings pointed consistently toward painting, deep cleaning and move-in and move-out situations, so the business was shaped around those service needs rather than a general handyman offer.

03

What we built

A search-intent-led website, structured around real service needs.

The information architecture followed the research: dedicated pages for painting, deep cleaning and move-related needs, each written for the person in that exact situation and each ending in a clear next action.

04

Acquisition system

Google Search and Meta built as two aligned, separate structures.

Google Search campaigns were organised around the same service intents as the website, so a search, an ad and a landing page stay aligned end to end. Meta was set up separately with its own campaign structure for the selected services, because the audience arrives with a different mindset and needs different creative and messaging.

05

Measurement and reporting

The owner can see the operation without asking anyone.

GA4 and conversion tracking were implemented on the actions that matter, Search Console was connected for indexing and technical visibility, and a Looker Studio executive dashboard brings the picture together in one place the owner can open at any time.

06

Lead operations

Enquiries land in a pipeline with stages, ownership and human follow-up.

Website and social enquiries are routed into a privacy-conscious Kommo CRM. Each enquiry moves through defined stages with a named owner, an explicit handover point from automation to a person, and human qualification and follow-up before any commitment is made to the customer.

07

Operating layer

A supervised nine-agent virtual office supports the day-to-day work.

Specialised operational responsibilities are supported by a nine-agent virtual office. It is not autonomous and it does not replace accountability: a person reviews and approves the work, and responsibility for what reaches a customer stays human.

Scope note

What this case documents.

This case study documents the implementation and the operating infrastructure that was built and connected: research, website, acquisition structure, measurement, CRM and human follow-up.

It is a record of the work and the decisions behind it. It is not a promised commercial outcome, and no part of it should be read as a guarantee for another business.
