Measurement plan and conversion definitions
Agree the business questions, the actions that genuinely matter and what each conversion is allowed to mean.
Conversion Tracking & Analytics · Dubai
GA4, Google Tag Manager and the advertising platforms are only useful once the agreed events and source context are implemented, verified and understood. QashLabs starts with the measurement plan, then builds and tests against it.

When the data cannot be trusted
Attribution is not certainty. The goal is a defined, inspectable measurement layer whose limits are understood, not a single number that claims to explain everything.
What the work includes
Agree the business questions, the actions that genuinely matter and what each conversion is allowed to mean.
Review the existing properties, containers, access and configuration before changing anything.
Implement the agreed events, tags, triggers and data-layer values against the approved naming convention.
Set a consistent UTM standard and keep campaign and source context attached through to the enquiry record.
Connect the agreed conversion signals to the advertising platforms where that is part of the scope and technically possible.
Test in debug mode, document what exists and build the small set of reporting views the team will actually use.
Scope boundary: Consent, privacy and legal advice, cookie-consent platforms, server-side tracking, call-tracking provider fees, CRM work, data warehousing, BI tooling and custom development are separately scoped. Access and technical feasibility are required before implementation. We do not promise perfect attribution or fully accurate data.
Measurement
We separate what is observed from what is inferred, and we state how complete the data is at each stage before any conclusion is drawn from it.
See the Tracking & Data layer in the Growth SystemHow the work runs
Establish the decisions the business needs to make, the systems involved and who can grant the required access.
Agree the event names, parameters, conversion definitions, campaign tagging rules and who maintains them.
Build the tags, triggers, data-layer values and platform connections in the agreed environment.
QA every event in debug mode, document the setup, hand over access and explain the known limits of the data.
Timeline: From a few days to several weeks, depending on the number of sites and domains, platforms involved, consent requirements, CRM connections and developer access. Tracking changes as platforms and websites change, so ongoing maintenance is a separate arrangement.
Commercial scope
There is no single price for this work. Cost depends on the number of properties, sites and domains, the number of events, the platforms connected, the state of the data layer, whether server-side tracking is required, CRM connections and the depth of reporting and documentation needed.
Scope note: Third-party software, call-tracking providers, API usage, cloud infrastructure and consent-management tools are separate where required.
