Who we are

QashLabs is a marketing and growth company serving Dubai, the UAE and the wider Middle East, with a local office presence in Dubai. This website is operated by QashLabs.

What information we collect

We collect only the details you type into the Growth Check request form: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), preferred contact method (optional), the closest service (optional), your description of what is not working, and a preferred contact time (optional).

The form also records which page you came from, so we understand the context of your request.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request by phone, WhatsApp or email and, if relevant, to discuss an appropriate next step.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

How it is sent and stored

When you submit the form, the details are sent by email to our own inbox at hello@qashlabs.com using Google's Gmail service. If you gave an email address, a confirmation email is also sent to you.

Your submission is stored in that email inbox. This website does not keep a separate customer database of form submissions.

Cookies and tracking

This website can use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure how pages are found and used so we can improve the site. It is only used to understand page visits and interest in our services.

Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies until you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Reject non-essential", no analytics script is loaded and no analytics requests are made.

When analytics is accepted, we record page views and a small set of interaction events: clicks on Growth Check links, WhatsApp, phone and email links, and a completed Growth Check request. These events carry only safe context such as the page address, where on the page the link sat, the service selected from the list and the preferred contact method chosen from the list.

We never send your name, email address, phone number, company, the text you write in the form, or any other direct identifier to Google Analytics.

The same choice also controls the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel, provided by OpenAI. It measures which website actions follow an advertisement shown in ChatGPT, so we can see whether our advertising works. It is not loaded and sends nothing until you choose "Accept analytics".

When accepted, the OpenAI pixel receives only page views, a signal that one of our main service pages was viewed, and a signal that a Growth Check request form was completed successfully. We never attach your name, email address, phone number, company, service answers or anything you write in the form. We do not send advertising measurement data from our server to OpenAI.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics and OpenAI advertising measurement calls and removes the Google Analytics cookies this site is able to remove.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are commercially relevant, and delete them on request.

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@qashlabs.com and we will respond.
