The challenge
The company was generating enquiries, but too many were low-value requests that did not match its premium chauffeur positioning.

What we discovered
The website treated airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly chauffeur bookings and special events almost identically. Google Ads was therefore buying broad traffic without giving Google or customers enough information about the actual service being requested.

What we changed
We separated the service architecture, introduced destination and use-case pages, improved quote qualification and rebuilt conversion tracking. Campaigns were then divided by airport, corporate, hourly and premium-intent searches.
