The challenge
The event had traffic but visitors struggled to understand who should attend, what they would gain and how the conference, exhibition and networking programme fitted together.

What we discovered
The audit uncovered broken internal links, inconsistent event information and several registration paths competing with one another. Paid traffic was also landing on general event pages rather than pages matched to visitor intent.

What we changed
We rebuilt the event hierarchy around attendees, exhibitors, speakers and partners, corrected the broken journey, consolidated registration CTAs and created focused landing pages for Google Ads.
