CASE STUDY · SIKKERHEDSKOMPAGNIET · DENMARK

From security operations to a structured digital service platform.

QashLabs translated a multi-service security operation into a website and CMS structure that helps organisations understand the available guard services, find relevant local coverage and request contact quickly. The work connected service architecture, geographic discovery, conversion paths, content management and acquisition readiness around one operating website.

01

Starting point

Many assignment types, many audiences, no coherent structure.

A security business rarely sells one thing. Construction sites, receptions, patrols, alarm response, residential settings and events are different assignments with different buyers and different urgency. The digital presence needed to hold all of that in one coherent structure instead of a set of disconnected pages.

02

Research and architecture

The business organised around user needs, not internal wording.

We mapped the operation to two kinds of intent: someone looking for a specific guard service, and someone looking for a guard company covering their area. Service pages and location pages were kept deliberately distinct, and each was routed toward a contact action rather than left as an end point.

03

Website and CMS

A reusable page system instead of one-off pages.

The site was built as a CMS-driven page system: service pages, local coverage pages, company content, the free security check, forms and ongoing updates all share the same reusable building blocks. New services or locations can be published without rebuilding the site.

04

Conversion paths

Built for the urgent call and the planned enquiry.

Security buying splits into two moods: something is happening now, or something needs to be arranged. The site carries a prominent phone number on every page for the urgent case, a callback and quote form for the considered case, and a free security check for organisations that are not yet ready to specify what they need.

05

Service system

Every assignment type given its own clear place.

The service categories presented on the live site each have a defined page, so a visitor can recognise their own situation immediately rather than reading a general company description.

06

Geographic discovery

A location architecture that can grow with the coverage area.

Structured local landing pages were created for the coverage locations across Copenhagen and Zealand shown on the site. This is an architecture decision, not a ranking claim: it gives each served area a real page with relevant service context and a contact route, and it lets new areas be added in the same pattern.

07

Acquisition readiness

A site that paid traffic can actually be pointed at.

Because page intent is defined, conversion routes are consistent and the structure is measurement-ready, Google Ads and other acquisition activity can be aimed at specific services and specific areas instead of a single homepage. This describes the readiness of the platform. No performance outcome is claimed here.

08

Operating and ownership

The content system belongs to the business.

The CMS gives the company a maintainable, owned content operation: services, coverage areas, company information and enquiry forms can be updated in-house. Ownership of the platform and its content stays with the business rather than with an agency.

Scope note

What this case documents.

This case study documents what QashLabs built and connected: the service architecture, the CMS website, the geographic page layer, the conversion paths and the acquisition-ready structure around them.

It is not a record of commercial results and not a guaranteed outcome. No performance, ranking, traffic or revenue claim is made, and named client references are withheld pending verification and permission.
